We continue to lift up all the members, families and friends in prayer for healthy living in our current situation. Keep the faith in the Lord who will keep us safe.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the R.R. Moton High Alumni Association for selecting me as your Chaplain. I look forward to serving you to the best of my ability as the Lord leads us.

As the Chaplain, I will like to say that winter has come and gone. Spring is almost gone and the summer is around the corner for 2020. Count it all as blessings for the R.R. Moton High Alumni Association that we are still here.

Although we are still in a battle with the worse virus of our time, among other things that have been going on with demonstrations nation-wide, we must continue to pray and take every precautionary step to keep ourselves and family safe. Only God knows when this situation with the virus and demonstrations will end. As long as we keep the spirit and faith, we will be all right.

We must continue to pray for our brothers and sisters and for the strength to continue in the faith. As you may know virus has hit our community very hard and we all need continue to pray and stay in contact with one and other.

I have heard we have lost members due to virus. Please let me know knows names and address of anyone that has passed or is ill so that I may pray for them and send a card.

The Fourth of July will be coming next month prayerfully we all can get out and celibate Independence’s day with our family and friends safely and have a good time.

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Blessings,

Rev. Dr. Johnny Hicks, Chaplain

We must continue to pray and take every precautionary steps to keep ourselves and family safe. Only our higher power knows when this situation with the COVID-19 (19) will end. As long as we keep the spirit and faith we will be all right. As the summer is here for 2020 and 19 is attacking both young and old. Count it all as blessings for the R.R. Moton High Alumni Association that we are still here and serving the Lord by loving one and other.

We thought the summer months would reduce the attacks of 19 but that wasn’t in the Lord’s plan. We are still in a battle with the worse virus of our time among other things that has
been going on with the demonstrations nation-wide. We must continue to pray and take every precautionary steps to keep ourselves and family safe. Only God knows when this
situation with the virus and demonstrations will end. As long as we keep the spirit and faith, we will be all right.

Blessed is he that considerate the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou
wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
( Psalm 41:1-2)
